How much space is needed?

An area of at least 20’x20’ is recommended to accommodate the tent which is 15’ wide by 17’ deep. Height is 12’ tall.

What is included in the rental fee?

Full setup and tear down, 1 staff member for the duration of the event, all equipment needed including golf clubs/balls. Guests are welcome to bring their own clubs if desired.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

If unable to setup in high wind, heavy rain, lightning (will be determined at the discretion of Tee9 employee) the rental fee can be applied to future event pending date availability.

How much time is needed for set up and tear down?

About 1 hour for each.
